New in the Showroom: Carl Hansen

Spring is here and blooming in the Pacific Northwest. Lush greens and cool blues are everywhere outside and inside the showroom. We have new colorful editions of the classic Wishbone chair by Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen. We also have the reissued CH825 Credenza also by Hans Wegner. Designed in 1958, it has been reissued on Wegner's 100th birthday. Carl Hansen used Wegner's original drawings to bring the beautiful and clean-lined credenza to life. It is not just a simple cabinet, it uses roller shutter doors which require double sides and rear panel. The roller shutter doors run on a track between the two facades and disappear when opened. Upon seeing the cabinet in person, this is not obvious and with the exquisite craftsmanship of Carl Hansen, opening the cabinet is seamless and like magic.
