I love their outdoor pieces as well and really believe they compliment our simple, clean style of the NW. BOCCI 14 Series Wet Location Option Available Now at Inform!

Inform is delighted to account that the Bocci 14 series now comes in a wet location configuration, which means these atmospheric pendant and surface mount lights can be installed outdoors, or in a variety of commercial and residential applications.

Bocci's first signature piece, the 14 is intended as an ambient installation, a counterpoint to the traditional image of the chandelier as a dominant, central object. Designed by Omer Arbel in 2005, 14 achieves its power through a strategy of composition and clustering, filling the volume of a room and making the height and shape of its dimensions understood to inhabitants in a direct and physical manner.

The 14 pendant has been tested for suitability in wet locations in compliance with:

UL Standard 1598 for luminaires
ANSI/ UL Standard 2108 for low voltage lighting
CSA Standard C22.2 NO.250.0 for luminaires

Richard Schultz joins Knoll

Inform is thrilled to announce that we will be carrying the full Richard Schultz outdoor collection through Knoll starting today.

Richard Shultz and Knoll have a long history together, so it's a perfect fit for the classic companies to come together. Shultz joined Knoll in 1951 to work with Harry Bertoia, but left in 1972 to freelance until founding Richard Schultz Designs in Palm, Pennsylvania, with his son, Peter in 1992. Forbes magazine did a great story and slideshow on the background of the company and the purchase by Knoll.
